AFRICAN COLLEGE OF TRADITIONAL MEDICINE (ACTM) OPENS ADMISSION FOR ADVANCE CERTIFICATE & DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES

Are you passionate about traditional medicine and looking to build a rewarding career in the healthcare sector? The African College of Traditional Medicine (ACTM), a government-approved institution, has announced the commencement of admissions into its Advance Certificate and Diploma Programmes.

The college is inviting qualified members of the public to take advantage of this opportunity to receive professional training in African Traditional Medicine from experienced and certified practitioners.

The programmes are designed to equip students with practical knowledge in herbal medicine, disease management, herbal gynecology, traditional birth delivery (TBA), anatomy and physiology, laboratory techniques, herbal preservation, packaging, and many other essential areas. Students will also learn how to develop herbal products such as capsules, teas, and extracts, with guidance on product registration through NAFDAC.

Lectures are conducted once a week in both Yoruba and English, making the programme accessible to a wider audience. The Advance Certificate programme runs for four months, while the Diploma programme lasts six months.

Graduates of the programme stand to benefit from acquiring valuable skills, opportunities for government licensing where applicable, and the potential to establish themselves as professional traditional medicine practitioners.

Interested applicants can obtain application forms at the college campus located at Elekuro/Molufirin Town Bus Stop, Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Ewekoro Local Government Area, Ogun State.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in preserving and promoting Africa's rich traditional medical heritage while gaining practical knowledge for personal and professional development.

No more excuses—register today and invest in your future.
