Kano Pillars defender Fabian Nworie continued to demonstrate his importance to the team after finding the back of the net for the third time this season in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Matchday 11 encounter against Nasarawa United.

Nworie's latest goal highlights his growing influence in the Kano Pillars squad, as the defender continues to contribute offensively while carrying out his primary defensive responsibilities.

Scoring three goals as a defender is a notable achievement, underlining his ability to make a difference at both ends of the pitch. His attacking contribution could prove valuable to Kano Pillars as they seek to strengthen their position in the league and maintain consistency throughout the campaign.

The Matchday 11 clash against Nasarawa United provided another opportunity for the defender to showcase his quality and commitment to the Sai Masu Gida cause.

As the NPFL season progresses, Nworie will be hoping to build on his impressive scoring record and help Kano Pillars achieve their objectives.

His third goal of the campaign further establishes him as a defender to watch in the ongoing 2026/2027 NPFL season.
